Terms of Service

Welcome to Circle Time. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms. Circle Time is a community marketplace for early childhood educators, parents, and caregivers in Singapore. We connect buyers and sellers — we do not create the resources listed on the platform.

Your account

Keep your login credentials safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to sell on Circle Time.

Buying and selling

Digital purchases are processed securely by Stripe, which accepts cards and PayNow. After payment is confirmed, each seller's share is transferred to the seller's own Stripe account and paid out to their bank on Stripe's payout schedule. Circle Time takes no commission — only Stripe's actual processing fee is deducted from the seller's share.

Physical and rental items are arranged directly between buyer and seller via our in-app chat and paid by PayNow or bank transfer. No money passes through Circle Time, and Circle Time is not a party to those transactions.

Refunds and disputes

Digital resources are delivered instantly, so refunds are not offered by default. If a file is broken, missing, or materially different from the listing, message the seller first. If that doesn't resolve it, email circletimesg@yahoo.com — we'll review the order and arrange a refund through Stripe where warranted. Sellers have no self-service refund or chargeback tool on Circle Time. Card disputes raised with a buyer's bank are handled through Stripe's dispute process. Refunds on physical and rental items are settled directly between buyer and seller.

Sellers must follow the Seller Guidelines & Copyright Policy. Listings may be removed and accounts suspended for violations.

Acceptable use

No harassment, spam, illegal content, or misuse of other users' personal information. Keep chat respectful and on-topic.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
